Conference Details:

Financial Assistance:

It is important that as many students as possible participate in the conference. For students presenting non refereed papers within the Student Conference, conference registration fees are waived for them, and accommodation will be provided by the Conference, for the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights (10, 11 and 12 June). Depending on the financial resources and amount of sponsorship available, part of the travel costs may be refunded to these students. Students are also encouraged to seek financial assistance from their universities, i.e., department, graduate school and graduate or undergraduate student associations.

Awards for Best Papers:

The student presentations are assessed, based on both technical and communicative skills, by a jury composed of professors and industry representatives. Awards are presented for the best communications.
